- On Demand - Pay as you go and only pay for each event.
- Monthly Commitment - Pay each month, renewable each month, for On Demand services.
- Quarterly Commitment - Pay for a full quarter of On Demand services.
- Yearly Commitment - Lower cost solution that assures your organization is 100% covered for the coming fiscal year for On Demand services.
Many organizations start with a smaller package for the first 30 days with immediately migration to a larger package. The cost savings are seen immediately for the following period. Feel free to review our customer feedback.

Package # 1 - On Demand
- Pay as you go.
- Billable in 15 minute increments.
- Invoiced bi-monthly.
- Established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Package # 2 - Monthly Commitment
- Pay upfront Monthly non-refundable: 10 hours. Cost savings of 5% per month.
- Due by 3rd business day of each month or On Demand Rates apply.
- Additional incidents will be billable at 5% cost reduction.
- Billable in 15 minute increments.
- Invoiced monthly.
- Established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Package # 3 - Quarterly Commitment
- Quarterly upfront non-refundable: 30 hours. Cost savings of 10% per quarter.
- Due by 3rd business day of each service quarter or On Demand Rates apply.
- Additional incidents will be billable at 10% cost reduction.
- Billable in 15 minute increments.
- Invoiced monthly.
- Established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Package # 4 - Yearly Commitment
- Yearly upfront non-refundable: 10 hours a month for one year. Cost savings of 15% per year.
- Due by 3rd business day of each service year or On Demand Rates apply.
- Additional incidents will be billable at 15% cost reduction.
- Billable in 15 minute increments.
- Invoiced monthly.
- Established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
